  1. For profit healthcare is a blight on humanity. No wonder people hate healthcare CEOs.

  2. We have to get rid of the insurence based healthcare in this country-as someome also in the nedical field and as a paient -myself- you quickly learn what a horrible scam the insurane companys have over our life and health-!

  3. Exactly. These are administrative tasks that are being dumped onto providers. It’s only happening because middlemen have inserted themselves between us and our patients. It’s sick. The system does not run without us. At all.

  4. My mom said the other day that the only real winners with Obamacare are the insurance companies. Everyone who can pay shells out thousands a year, regardless of if they use it. For everyone who doesn’t, the government will foot the bill anyways.

There are providers out there that still do exclusively self pay and their rates can be so much lower.

  5. Yes! I’m one of those admins and I argue everyday for tests and medication. The insurance company will deny it. Then I have to send in paperwork and make sure the coding is correct 💯 I want to let my Dr work and do her best, she has me to figure out everything else.
