  1. I think and it helps me to get my protein I the mornings my eggs chicken sausage and my downfall is ice coffee I had to stop the one with oils and make my own creamer is there an protein creamer that works and tastes great with ice coffee

  2. I’m glad to see the brand I use being supported by a dietician! 💪🏽💪🏽
The big tub of premier powder (I use vanilla alot bc it can take the place of milk, too. The chocolate one is best for beating those sweet tooth cravings! )

I live in California, I find it for $26 at WinCo. 💪🏽🥰💪🏽🥰

  3. Could you recommend a meal replacement shake, I do not have gallbladder, and my pancreas is completely atrophied, with liver and kidney issues. I am having trouble digesting food on high dose of creon, lactose intolerant, trouble with the gums and fillers.I have issues with insulin, I weigh 100lbs but when i have a flare drop to 85lbs. Can you help?

  4. This video shares options not actually healthy protein choices. i would carefully read the ingredient list to avoid the unnecessary artificial and gut damaging add-ones before buying.
