  1. Dr. Gundry I am afraid to eat eggs which I love because I have a history of high cholestorol and have gone on statins a year ago. So I eat the egg white.

  2. 2:52 There is no such thing as ‘burning’ fat!
The reason eggs were declared a bad choice, is because the yolk is super high in sat fat – like the popular coconut, and Brazil nuts..
If you want to eat eggs (and can afford them), try a scramble with one yolk and two or three whites. Give the yolks to your dogs or cats.
And – oatmeal (I add ground flax seed) is excellent food for your health – it isn’t ‘only to fatten horses’. Blackberries blueberries and others are a great topping to add sweetness if you don’t care for plain oatmeal. Flax seed and the seeds in blackberries are an insoluble fiber. If you don’t have or can’t afford organic berries, use a little Stevia. It’s expensive, too, but you only use a sprinkle.

  3. Foods to eat

    1-Sweet Potatoes
    2- Goat Milk Yogurt
    3-Eggs

    Foods to Avoid
    1-Flavoured Yogurt
