💧 DIY LMNT ELECTROLYTE MIX (Makes 1 serving)
Cost: ~12–15¢ per packetStore price: $1.50 each
Ingredients:
* ½ tsp fine Redmond Real Salt
* ⅛ tsp potassium chloride
* ¼ tsp magnesium malate
* Optional: 1/4tsp of stevia, 1/2 tsp freeze-dried fruit powder
* OR optional: 1/4-1/2 tsp True Lemon powder for sweeter option
Instructions:Mix into 16–20 oz cold water. Shake/stir well.

🍫 HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SEA SALT PROTEIN BARS (RXBAR INSPIRED)
Makes: 9 barsCost: ~$9 per batch (~$1 per bar)Store price: ~$2.30 per RXBAR
Ingredients:
* ¾ cup raw almonds
* ¾ cup raw cashews
* 1 cup Medjool dates pitted (about 10–12)
* ½ cup egg-white protein powder
* ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
* ½ tsp sea salt (plus flakes on top)
* 2–3 Tbsp warm water, as needed
* Optional: 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Instructions:
1. Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment.
2. Pulse nuts in a food processor.
3. Add protein powder, cocoa, and salt. Pulse to mix.
4. Add dates while blending until mixture clumps.
5. Drizzle coconut oil + water until dough forms while pulsing.
6. Press into pan, sprinkle salt, chill 30–45 minutes.
7. Cut into bars.
Storage:Fridge 1–2 weeks, freezer 2–3 months.

🧴 DIY MAGNESIUM SLEEP SPRAY (Ancient Minerals Dupe)
Makes: ~8 ozCost: ~50¢Store price: ~$20
Ingredients:
* ½ cup magnesium chloride flakes
* ½ cup warm filtered or distilled water
* optional: 1 tsp witch hazel (helps it dry faster)
* Optional: ½ tsp fractionated coconut or jojoba oil (softens the feel)
* optional: 3–4 drops lavender or chamomile essential oil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Warm water (not boiling).
2. Add magnesium flakes until dissolved.
3. Cool completely.
4. Add witch hazel + oil + essential oils.
5. Pour into amber spray bottle and shake.
How to use:Spray 5–10 pumps on legs, feet, or abdomen before bed.Dilute 1:1 if you feel tingling.

  2. The bulk supplements contains magnesium oxide!…which is poorly absorbed and provides little usable magnesium for the human body. That’s because it draws water into the intestines, causing G.I. distress.

  3. Another fantastic video! I already make a similar electrolyte drink using coconut water for the potassium and adding spirulina powder and a squeeze of citrus and honey for flavor. The raspberry sounds good. I will definitely have to make the home made bars. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
