  1. I would say the best source would be whole foods but if you take protein powder, get the one with no ingredients. Just my opinion.❤

  2. I’m so lost. I want the best TASTING no aftertaste protein that builds muscle and aids in fat loss BUT no whey because the way my stomachs set up. It’s not fair

  3. casein is only good for bed time per the latest research tho…it digests sooo slowly (6-8 hours) so the next protein intake is going to overlap with the casein protein and less will be anabolically absorbed, from what I understand

  4. But does that whey protein you held at the end include artificial sweeteners and oils, such as seed oils, that may not be good for us?
