Big pharma is opposed to us healing ourselves with centuries old herbal remedies. Do your research though. Electrolytes are important.
What a lot of people don’t realize is you have to have a liver in good working order in order to handle herbs or supplements OR medications because it’s all got to be processed by the liver. Also, what equally goes hand in hand is being well hydrated (aka light color and not peeing constantly). It’s much harder on the liver *and kidneys* when the high (generally) dose is more concentrated going to your liver and kidneys and secondly, many many supplements/medications do have an effect on your fluid-body water volume. They can affect your electrolytes.
PS that’s one reason why I always start with the smallest dose possible. Sometimes, the cure or poison is in the dose and sometimes a smaller dose works just as well or better because of the lack of side effects. Doctors generally start patients off at too high of a dose and it’s so frustrating to see this
Scam
I don’t think so we in afriywe use herbs but not with chemical
After years of being a supplement Junkie I ruined my health, yes , too much supplementation is not healthy, I now take occasional supplements on training days and my health is restored ❤
