Im 19 i have pcos in my ultrasound reports also i been facing irregular periods since beginning of menstrual cycle bcuz of that i got acne,hair fall,facial hair on face,chest and belly also i am lean but have fats on some area my gynaec told me u can use inositol but he prescribed me some aminoisobyutric and abscisic acid tablets which i never heard of. Should i take inositol instead in 40:1 ratio????
